To add news to the website add a new file to this directory. The file
should be named ``YYYYmmdd_suffix.rst``, ``YYYYmmdd`` is the date the 
news item was added, ``suffix`` is an arbitrary suffix.

The contents of the file should be a short bit of ReST formatted text.
