API Notes for framework WebKit

* Carbon integration functions are not supported.

  The relevant functions are: ``HIWebViewCreate``, ``HIWebViewCreateWithClass``
  and ``HIWebViewGetWebView``.

* Java plugins (informal protocol ``WebJavaPlugIn``) are not supported. 

* The NPAPI interface of WebKit is not supported
