        Like Unix "fortune", but can be invoked on arbitrary files of
cookies.  Type "cookie -usage" to see, uh, usage.

        The file "cookie-dough" is an example of a cookie file -- it
is the jargon file converted to cookie format.  Cookie format is
simple: cookies end with backslash or EOF, and backslash quotes
itself.  Here is a sample cookie file, modulo the dotted-lines:
