Like Unix "fortune", but can be invoked on arbitrary files of cookies.
Type "cookie -usage" to see, uh, usage.

Cookie format is simple: cookies end with backslash or EOF, and
backslash quotes itself.  See the file cookie-dough for an example.

Do "make install" to get /usr/local/bin/cookie and the directory
/usr/local/share/cookie/.  The usual GNU configuration options apply.

By default, keep cookies in /usr/local/share/cookie/cookie-dough,
which you might want to make world-writeable, and make the directory
world-writeable too so cookie has no trouble maintaining its index
file.
