Description: Red-Bean's own home-brew enhanced fortune program
 Cookie is a program like Unix "fortune", with two significant enhancements:
 - it can act on arbitrary files, not only ones under a specific directory.
 - it creates and updates its index files as needed, rather than needing
   explicit intervention.
