* Kitchen
    - cracks in paint (in progress)
    - water damage to cabinets, shelves
    - electrical work (another circuit?)
    - sink window needs to open
    - stove window shelf needs to be better, sturdier
    - main counter and sink could be better
    - dryer exhaust system should be improved
    - window chains
    - window screens

* Dining room
    - cracks in paint (including behind stereo stand)
    - water damage on wall shared with kitchen
    - floor roughness near desk
    - water damage above radiator
    - radiator floor damage
    - frame problems in corner of hallway passage

* Hallway
    - paint and plaster issues, esp around fixtures
    - any cracks?

* Bathroom
    - cracks in paint
    - water damage, obviously
    - window damage
    - door sticks when closed b/c of latch
    - center leak through caulk onto floor during showers

* Bedroom
    - cracks in paint

* Living Room
    - cracks in paint
    - plaster issues
    - those electrical box panels
