p23: distinguish between arguments/parameters and options better.

do we really want the bootup stuff first?  Maybe start with what
they'll see, logging in and shell stuff.  And in the shell commands,
start with more and ls, not cat and sort, even though they're
important.

mention C-p, C-n as well as arrow keys, as they're more general.
