Abbreviations:
CL = Caps Lock
SL = Shift Lock
SH = Shift
PU = Page Up
PD = Page Down
BS = Backspace
Ctl = Control
Alt = Alt, of course
The home row is "anis ... thor". Letters on top are what you get when
you shift a key.
