The original "3 bits" explanation is "blood_types.txt", Ben
Collins-Sussman's classic translation-into-geek of how human blood
types work.

That explanation turns out to involve 3 bits (in the binary numbering
sense, not the monetary sense), and it gave rise to the expression
"Give me 3 bits on Foo", meaning "Give me a super-dense summary of
Foo, taking as much advantage as possible of the huge amount of
domain-specific knowledge you already know we share."

Now you have 3 bits on 3 bits.

When creating a new one, please

  * Use underscores, not hyphens, in the file name.
  * Make sure it ends with ".txt".
  * Do "svn propset svn:mime-type 'text/plain' NEWFILE.txt".
