Dear list,

I'm researching different VC systems, though I have essentially no
knowledge or experience with any of them.  Nevertheless, I've decided
that this qualifies me to invent a bunch of performance tests.  I've
compared a bunch of commands that seem similar (though I'm not really
sure), made a big table, and published the results on my website.  I'm
here to tell you: Subversion is very slow!  I can't believe you
developers have never noticed this.  I suggest you start working on
improving performance.  Thank goodness I enlightened you.

Dear list,

I'm thinking of rolling out Subversion to my company of 5.89824e37
users, and I need advice on how to organize my repository structure.
Should I use one repository or many?  What about components that
projects need to share?  (I've not yet read the book, so I don't
realize these questions are answered there.)

Allow me to draw lots of ascii diagrams of every single directory of
every project we have.  Then you can analyze it all for me, and tell
me what to do.
